Holidays, Decisions, and Life

There are some phases of life where it seems that there are overwhelming amounts of events and decisions going on. At times like these it is hard to even sort these things through in one's mind. This is how our life seems to be these days. It isn't that life feels out of control, but you know the feeling when you exhaust all your energy dealing with each day's activities and every week's "events", that you seem to have no time for reflection or looking ahead to planning and setting some goals for things that aren't quite here yet: the things that need to be dealt with but aren't necessarily of immediate priority. Here are some of the things that our family is looking ahead to in the next few months:

1. Selling our house
2. Leading and planning SOLID (more on that in a future post)
3. Raising our 2 girls (a day, or should I say life's work, all by itself)
4. Vehicle and travel situation

Faith and I know that many of you who read our bloq are praying for us as we anticipate the future, and so we ask that you would keep us in your prayers as we continue on in God's plans.

"However, the Lord stood by me and gave me strength..."
2 Timothy 4:17

We will continue to pray for you and these special requests. You are both amazing parents. Keep up the great job!
